Band Hero features sixty-five songs as performed by sixty-three artists.  Taylor swift, the best-selling artist of 2008, is featured on three tracks. There is quite an impressive array of artists to choose from.  These include: No Doubt; Lilly Allen; The All-American Rejects; The Jackson 5; Hillary Duff; The Last Goodnight; The Rolling Stones; Yellow Card; Village People; Snow Patrol; Papa Roach; Katrina and the Waves; Nelly Furtado; Mighty Mighy Bosstones; and many more.

• Combination of instruments and up to 4 lead singers
• There are new characters and venues to choose from.
• Band Hero supports up to four players at home.  You can also play online, with two to eight players.
• And a little something for different game platforms: Mii Freestyle Mode  - Create songs on the fly and feature your Mii/ Xbox Avatar – Star in any mode/ Roadie Battle Mode for DS Lite team up with a partner for some serious competition.
• Music Store – With the exception of a limited number of songs, you will be able to download your Guitar Hero 5 and Guitar Hero World Tour content into Band Hero to expand your collection of music.
